BioEnterprise Corporation, a commercialization agent and technology accelerator has entered
into a collaboration agreement with Southwestern Ontario Bioproducts Innovation Network
(SOBIN), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing new bioproducts and finding new
uses for biobased feedstock in manufacturing primarily in the automotive, chemical and energy
industries.

“SOBIN is very excited about the opportunities that this collaborative agreement with
BioEnterprise will present,” stated Matt McLean, Executive Director of SOBIN. “Having access
to BioEnterprise’s expertise in business mentorship and investment networking will go a long
way in accelerating bioproduct commercialization within our region.” added Mr. McLean.
“The development of innovative Bioproducts is a burgeoning area; particularly in the
commercial, industrial and energy sectors. The Southwestern Ontario Bioproducts Innovation
Network covers a wide geographic region with a high concentration in agriculture, chemical,
